🏟️ Fundraiser Concession Stand Opportunities 2025-2026

We are excited to partner with some of the largest venues in Indianapolis for our fundraising efforts this year. Volunteers will support TRG’s mission by working concession stands during major events. These opportunities help fund our community programs and provide a great way to get involved.

📍 Fundraising Locations

1. Lucas Oil Stadium (Colts Games & Events)

Help during NFL games and large concerts by working TRG’s concession stand at the stadium. High-energy and high-impact.

2. Indianapolis Convention Center

Support during major expos, trade shows, and public events. A great fit for those who enjoy fast-paced indoor events.

3. Indianapolis Raceway Park

Work during major motorsports events and car shows. Volunteers help manage food/beverage stands for large racing crowds.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is there any certification training required?
Yes. Volunteers will be required to complete ServSafe Food Handler Training to ensure proper food safety practices. This training helps you learn safe food handling, hygiene, and sanitation basics.

The training costs approximately $15 and can be completed online at your own pace.

2. Do I need a volunteer alcohol license?
Yes. If you are assigned to work in areas where alcohol is served, you’ll need an Indiana Volunteer Alcohol Permit (approx. $15). We’ll provide details on how to apply.

3. Is there an age limit for volunteering?
Yes. Volunteers must be 18 years or older to participate at concession stands due to venue and state requirements. Team groups with 18–20-year-old members must be accompanied by their own adult volunteer (21+) or chaperone for supervision during the event.

4. Will I be reimbursed for the training or permit fees?
Yes! If you actively volunteer for at least 30 days, you can request a full refund for both:

  • ServSafe Food Handler Training
  • Indiana Volunteer Alcohol Permit

We want to ensure finances are not a barrier to giving back.
